Ela Urbanowicz, founder of The Candelabrum, will lead participants through an informative and engaging exploration of the art of scented candle making, sharing her expertise and insights into the various processes involved in creating beautifully fragranced candles.

 

Introduction

In this engaging and hands-on 2-hours Candle Making Workshop, participants will be guided through the essential techniques of candle making in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

Throughout the session, attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of the different types of waxes used in candle making, including how to adjust wax consistency (soften/harden) and select the appropriate wick. They will also learn how to choose and balance fragrances by calculating the correct wax-to-fragrance ratio, as well as important candle safety practices.

As part of this immersive experience, each participant will create their own 250g rapeseed and coconut wax candle in a stylish concrete container, which they will have the opportunity to decorate.

At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will take home their hand-crafted candle, complete with a decorated lid and presented in a gift box.
